Smash TV (SNES): Old Classic Video Game

Smash TV on Old Classic Video Games

1. Introduction

Smash TV is an old classic arcade game that was also put out on many other systems including Super Nintendo. This game will most likely remind you of the old arcade game, Robotron. In Smash TV, you are playing on a violent game show where you must collect money and prizes while killing waves of enemies that come in from all sides. You can run around and shoot in all directions, as well as pick up special weapons such as rockets and spray machine guns. You will also need to avoid mines and shrapnel from exploding enemies as you run around. Each stage has a maze of rooms that you must make your way through in order to reach the stage boss. You get to choose the path you take to get to the boss, and each room is different. The stage bosses can take a while to kill and get increasingly difficult as the game goes on. Each stage also has its own unique setting and enemies. Smash TV is an old classic with great music that you don't want to leave out of your collection!

3. Difficulty

Smash TV gets extremely difficult as the game progresses. However, if you are playing it on a system rather than in the arcade, you aren't paying anything for the use of continues and therefore you can make it much further than you normally would. I consider this game to be extremely hard to beat.

4. Replay Value

Smash TV is an old classic game that is hard but extremely fun, and it's one of those games that you won't mind starting over. I consider this game to have very good replay value. This is a good game to break out every now and then, and it's fun each and every time.

5. Do I Recommend...?

I highly recommend that you pick up Super Smash TV for the Super Nintendo (SNES)! This is a game that filled my childhood with good memories and I still continue to play to this very day.

6. Game Credits

Smash TV is a 1990 classic arcade game created by Eugene Jarvis and Mark Turmell.
